Our Nashville CPA Roots run deep. Blankenship CPA Group, PLLC provides audit, tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and business consulting services throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. 

Claude Blankenship, the firm's founder, started his first accounting firm, Blankenship, Summar and Associates, in 1970 here in Nashville, and watched it grow to become one of the largest firms in the state.  After merging with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) Claude spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions, and ultimately returned to his local firm roots by founding Blankenship CPA Group, PLLC in 1992. 

Over the last 25 years, the firm has been blessed to have many well-known experienced professionals join our team across four offices surrounding Nashville.  Claude’s son, CJ Blankenship, joined the firm in 2007 and has served our clients and our team as the managing partner since 2009.  During that time the focus has been on building processes and people in our team of Directors and professionals that are best positioned to best serve our dynamic client base.  We have grown to approximately 150 team members across Brentwood, Dickson, Goodlettsville, Mt. Juliet, Nashville and Murfreesboro and are a top ten Nashville CPA firm, but our roots will always be planted as local Nashville CPAs.
